One dead after a storm in north-Bosnian town of Brcko

One woman died Wednesday night in the storm that hit Brcko, and over 20 people requested medical help, said the spokesperson of the Public Health Institution, Sead Sadic.

Sadic stated that the emergency service had seven interventions and that the minor injuries were caused by a fall or impact from a blunt object.

The ambulance also intervened during a traffic accident.

The wind uprooted trees, broke branches, damaged several cars, and there were even two fires in Brcko.

The fire broke out in a house in the Brod settlement, and according to initial information, it was caused by a lightning strike.
